What is the minimum number of caps I need to order?

Our minimum order quantity for embroidery is typically 12 garments per design. This covers the time and cost required to digitize your logo and set up the machine, ensuring the best value per unit.

What file type do I need for my design?

We need a vector art file (ideal: AI, EPS, or Vector PDF). If you only have a high-resolution image (PNG at 300 dpi), it will work, but it may require a one-time digitization fee to convert the logo into a stitch file (DST) that the embroidery machine can read.

How many colors can my embroidered design have?

You can use up to 12 different thread colors in your logo. We recommend keeping the colors distinct to ensure maximum clarity on smaller embroidered logos.

Is the sizing adjustable for this cap?

Yes, this cap is One Size Fits All (OSFA) due to the adjustable Snapback closure on the back.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days after you have approved the final digitized proof. (Note: The initial digitization of your logo takes an additional 1 to 2 days).
