We currently ship within the United States only 10 miles around the location of the office.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will review the situation and determine responsibility.
If the fault lies with the shipping carrier, the customer must file a claim directly with them. If the issue is company-related, we will provide an appropriate solution.
