Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: November 2025


1. Eligibility

Products or services are eligible for review in case of production errors or damage caused by My Ol Graphics and Printing.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless the company is at fault.


2. Time Frame

Clients must contact us within 7 business days after receiving their order to report any issue.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via olgraphics1@yahoo.com including your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide photos or documentation if requested.

  3. Once the claim is reviewed, we will confirm whether a replacement, refund, or credit will be issued.


4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, unless damaged or defective on arrival.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued in the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.


6. Responsibility

If the issue was caused by the customer (wrong file, incorrect approval, etc.), no refund will be given, but credit may be considered.
