Our minimum order quantity for embroidery is typically 12 garments per design. This covers the time and cost required to digitize your logo and set up the machine, ensuring the best value per unit.
We need a vector art file (ideal: AI, EPS, or Vector PDF). If you only have a high-resolution image (PNG at 300 dpi), it will work, but it may require a one-time digitization fee to convert the logo into a stitch file (DST) that the embroidery machine can read.
You can use up to 12 different thread colors in your logo. We recommend keeping the colors distinct to ensure maximum clarity on smaller embroidered logos.
