Jerzees Spotshield® 50/50 Polo
0 Orders

For teams and jobs where uniforms are bound to get dirty (like in restaurants, warehouses, or with maintenance crews), the JERZEES SpotShield® Polo is the smartest choice. This 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend is treated with SpotShield® technology to effectively repel water and stains, ensuring your team looks crisp for longer. We combine that practicality with professional branding, using screen printing for the most durable, vibrant bulk print, DTF (Direct-to-Film) for detailed, full-color logos on smaller runs, or a simple heat press for specialized transfers. Designed to withstand tough, daily wear, this polo features a comfortable piqué knit that resists fading, wrinkles, and shrinkage, making sure your custom logo survives the frequent washing needed to keep the uniform looking professional.

Is the JERZEES SpotShield® Polo true to size?

Yes, the JERZEES SpotShield® 50/50 Polo generally fits true to size.

  • Fit Profile: It is known for a classic, fuller, and relaxed fit throughout the chest and body. This fit is designed for comfort and ease of movement, making it ideal for workwear and uniforms.

  • Fabric: Because it is a 50% cotton/50% polyester blend, it tends to hold its shape well with minimal shrinkage (due to the polyester) and feels sturdy.

  • Recommendation: Most people find their standard size works perfectly. It will not have a slim or modern retail cut, so if you prefer a roomier fit for working, your normal size is the best choice.

How long does it take to receive my custom shirts?

Production time usually takes 7 to 10 business days after you approve the design proof. Shipping time is added to this, so please plan accordingly for your event date!

What file type do I need for my design?

For the best results, please submit your artwork as a high-resolution file such as a PNG (with a transparent background) or a vector file (like PDF or AI).

What is the minimum number of shirts I need to order?

This printing types works best for groups, so our minimum order size is typically 12 shirts per design. This ensures you get the best print quality and value.

What is the difference between Screen Printing, DTF and Heat Press Printing?

Screen Printing is like using a stencil and wet paint directly on the shirt; it's slow to set up, but cheap for high volumes and creates the most durable, bold designs. Heat Press Printing is the general method of taking a pre-made design (like vinyl or special paper) and sticking it onto the fabric using a hot press machine. DTF (Direct-to-Film) is the best kind of digital "sticker" within that "Heat Press" category; it prints any color or photo onto a film and then uses the press to apply that complete, versatile design to any type of fabric.
