What material are these stickers printed on?

They are printed on Orafol® Adhesive Vinyl (4 mil.).

Can you do custom shapes on this material?

Absolutely. Contour cutting (custom shapes) is available for this All-Purpose Adhesive Vinyl

What is a cut file and how do I set it up?

A cut file tells the machine exactly where to trim around your design.

  • Unlike a regular image, a cut file shows only the border line for the machine to follow.

  • For complex cuts, the preferred format is a single-page PDF with vector graphics.

  • For simpler shapes, we can also accept a black silhouette in PNG format with no background.

Which file types are acceptable for submission?

For Printing (Your Art)JPG, JPEG, TIFF, or a single-page flattened PDF.
For Cutting (The Shape)PNG with no background or a single-page flattened vector PDF.

How should I set up my file for printing?

  • Color Mode: Please use CMYK. We are unable to print files using RGB, 5th, Spot, or PANTONE colors.

  • Resolution (DPI): We recommend 72–150 DPI for the best printing results.

What is the largest size available in a single piece?

The maximum size we can print in one continuous panel is 52 inches by 150 feet.

Can the film be laminated?

Yes! We offer free 2.5mil laminatio, allowing you to choose between a Gloss or Matte finish for added protection

What is the difference between Eco-Solvent Ink and Latex Ink?

Both are great for wide-format printing, but they function differently:
