Important Production Details

We handle your large-format printing with care to ensure the highest quality finish:

  • Matte Finish for Large Prints: To maintain clarity and reduce glare on massive signs, any banner exceeding 72 inches in both width and height will be printed exclusively on our 14oz matte vinyl.

  • Extra Large Signs: Banners that exceed our maximum single-panel size will be expertly printed in sections and then seamlessly joined. This process adds 2 to 3 days to the production timeline.

  • Processing Time: While we're quick, complex orders (like those with multiple banners or sizes over 96 inches on both sides) might require an extra day for perfect processing.

Which file extensions are acceptable for my print design?

You can upload files in the following formats: JPG, JPEG, TIFF, or a single-page flattened PDF.

How should I set up my file for the best results?

  • Color Mode: Please use CMYK. We are unable to print files using RGB, 5th, Spot, or PANTONE colors.

  • Resolution (DPI): We recommend 72–150 DPI for most large banner jobs.

    • Quick Tip: If your design includes very small text or intricate elements (similar to a business card), you might consider using 300 DPI. However, avoid setting all graphics to 300 DPI if it's not necessary, as it can significantly slow down your file upload and overall production time.

What is the maximum size banner you can print in one piece?

The largest we can print in a single panel is 10’ x 150’. If you need a larger size, don't worry—we can seamlessly weld multiple banners together to achieve the dimensions you need.

What type of material are these banners made from?

These banners are printed on durable 14 oz vinyl banner material. You have two finishing options:

  • You can choose a gloss or matte finish for most standard sizes.

  • Please Note: If your banner exceeds 72 inches in both width and height, we will print it exclusively on 14oz MATTE vinyl.

At what resolution are these banners printed?

We print your full-color graphics at a crisp resolution.

What margin should I leave if I order hems and grommets?

We highly recommend leaving a safety margin of at least 1 inch inside the design border on all edges. This ensures that the final sewing and grommets won't overlap or interfere with any important text, logos, or design elements.
